Linkmi Terms of Service: User Rights and Obligations

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Linkmi (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access Linkmi.

2. Eligibility

5. Content Ownership and Licence

You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you post on Linkmi, including your profile text, links, and uploaded images. By publishing content on Linkmi, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We will never sell your content to third parties.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not publish content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains adult or sexually explicit material visible to minors, promotes violence or discrimination, includes personal data of others without their consent, or constitutes unauthorised commercial advertising. Linkmi may remove content that violates these restrictions without notice.

7. Free and Paid Plans

Linkmi offers a free tier with core features available to all users indefinitely, and optional paid (Pro) plans that unlock additional capabilities. Paid subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase. You may cancel your paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Linkmi does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkmi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
