We use the information we collect to create and manage your account, deliver the Linkmi service, provide analytics to profile owners about their visitors, send important service communications (password resets, policy updates), detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and improve and develop new features. We do not use your personal data to serve third-party advertising.

When someone visits a Linkmi public profile page, we record aggregated analytics data (page views, link clicks, traffic sources, country-level location) and attribute it to the profile owner's dashboard. Individual visitor data is anonymised and never sold to third parties. Profile owners can see aggregate statistics only — they cannot identify specific visitors.

We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, error tracking) under strict confidentiality agreements.
